Nigeria: Hafol, Partners Woo Customers With New Cost Savings Technologies

Hafol Resources Limited and it partners on Wednesday unveiled latest innovations that offer reduced capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) for businesses and organisations in Nigeria.
Speaking at a customer engagement forum organised by the company in Lagos, Managing Director, Hafol Resources, Mr. Bode Oyesina said the company has transformed into a more vibrant and innovative company by working with partners and Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMs) towards developing solutions that meet the demands of end users.
In a passionate delivery, Mr Oyesina said the reason behind this forum is to see how we can get more from investment that clients have made over the years in ICT infrastructure in various organisations. He added that the forum is about sharing new ideas and field backs and expose customers to newer technologies and newer markets.
“As a company, we are involved in managed services in its various categories. We have implemented various IT projects of different budgets and at different levels for organisations; we are also involved in providing technical training, supply of hardware and IT security, among others and we will continue to work with various partners to see how we can deliver more values for businesses,” he said.
IT NEWS NIGERIA gathered that all the partners and OEMs at the event were upbeat that their latest offerings would transform the way projects are executed and that customers cannot afford to stay behind in a fast changing world. They said would deepen their business partnership with Hafol towards ensuring that end-users get Capex and Opex savings.
Speaking at the occasion, Executive Director, TopTech, Mr. Deji Adeniyi, said, the importance of partnering with Hafol Resources is to keep our clients in business, to keep them profitable, adding that TopTech has made a lot of investment in infrastructure and training in order to meet the needs and aspirations of customers.
According to him, “in the current economic recession in Nigeria, organisations should begin to look at their overheads and other options where their non-critical functions are outsourced to cut cost and this is where Hafol and its partners come in.”
Adeniyi stressed the importance of partnering with Hafol Resources, especially in the ICT solutions and managed services.
“Outsourcing is becoming the in-thing in today’s business and that one of the ways businesses can survive the ongoing recession in Nigeria and Hafol is fully positioned to assist in this area.”
He said the forum was specifically designed to discuss cutting-edge technological innovations, which Hafol and its various business partners can deploy for their clients.
The panelists, consisting of the Chief Executive Officer of Precise Financial System (PFS), Mr. Yele Okeremi, alongside all Hafol partners, emphasised the need for businesses to have effective succession plan that guarantees their existence for many years into the future, delivering value to the economy, among others.
At the forum, partners/OEMs presented the latest innovations in ICT products cutting across ConvergeIT solutions by Siemon; SofGen core banking solution; high-security locking solutions by Abloy; Telergon’s lighting solutions as well as innovative solutions from other OEMs such as Westcon Comsteor.
Meanwhile, the representative of Siemon, Mr. Jide Olagbenro; Country Manager, West Africa, Abloy, Mr. Nkechi Uyanna; Export Area Manager, Telergon, Mr. Jose Perez; Vice President, East and West Africa, SofGen, Mr. Adam Uyaga, among others, during their presentations, commended Hafol for being a reliable partner in deploying cost-effective IT solutions for businesses.
The quality panel session organised and anchored by Hafol Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Oriade Fashoyin, beamed a searchlight on issues on how businesses can survive in the current economic situation by deploying innovative technologies that offer cost-efficiency for businesses.
