ICT Utilization and Sustainability: NCC, USPF Begin Workshop In Calabar




Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF) have announced this morning that it has started South-South Zone Stakeholder Engagement Workshop on ICT Utilization and Sustainability in Calabar, Cross River State.


This is according to online post on NCC’s official Facebook page.


We learned that USPF was established in Section 118 of the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) 2003 as a department of the NCC to facilitate the achievement of national policy goals for universal access and universal service to ICTs in rural, unserved and under-served areas in Nigeria.
