Engineer (Doctor) Fidelis Onah has served the Commission diligently in various capacities and is retiring at the age of 60 years old in accordance with the policy on public service.
He is a Doctor (PHD holder) and an engineer per excellence.
A very humbled and easy going personality with huge experience in his chosen career and emotional intelligence.
Engineer Onah is a personality who knows how to relate and talk to people and passing his message and directives across without being authoritative.
He is such a great and cultured man, a personality with an infectious aura, who has a way of influencing people around him, asserting himself over people without having to exercise his authority as Director Technical Services and Network Integrity at NCC. A personality that has every reason to be proud but is pride less.
The Commission would have chosen to retain Mr. Onah if it had the power.
