The Management of the Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, KADCCIMA, within the week Commended Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for its Consumer-centric Programmes and Partnerships.
Dr. Muheeba Dankaka, president of the Chamber said this during a courtesy visit to the NCC in Abuja.
“We commend the Commission for its consistency in protecting the rights of the telecom consumers, and its collaboration and partnership with the Chamber.”
Dankaka, president of the Chamber, who led the delegation to NCC was received on behalf of the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC, Prof. Umar Danbatta, by Ismail Adedigba, Head, Information and Reference at NCC’s Consumer Affairs Bureau (CAB).
Adedigba told the visitors that NCC is constantly looking for effective platforms and avenues that can be used to sensitize and educate the public on the rights of telecom consumers. He informed the KADCCIMA delegation that the Commission will be hosting NCC Special Day at the upcoming Kaduna Inyernational Trade Fair on April 4, 2019.
“We will always look forward to partnering with NCC on any activity and event of mutual interest”. Dankaka stated at the Commission’s Head Office in Abuja.
The Nigerian Communications Commission hosts NCC Day annually at the Enugu, Kaduna and Lagos International Trade Fairs. This year, the NCC Day is slated for April 11 at the Enugu International Trade Fair.
