ntel  subscribers are dismayed and angry they cannot port out of the problem plagued telecoms service provider while retain their all important mobile numbers and have petitioned Nigerian Communication Commission to intervene.

A number of them told IT NEWS NIGERIA within the week in Lagos that it is unfortunate opportunities opened to other customers using MTN, GLO, and 9mobile do not extend to ntel users.

Relating his experience, a subscriber with phone number 080457……. said.

When I went to MTN office at KETU, Lagos to change my service provider because of many limitations of using ntel network I thought it was something easy but I was wrong.

After extensive discussion and confirmation from MTN authorities, I was told “ntel is not on the list of telecoms provider MTN can port from.”
