Nigeria: Govt, Regulator Grace MTN’s 5G Technology Trial

MTN has today conducted 5G technology trial in Abuja with fanfare at the MTN Abuja Office, Maitama, Nigeria.

At the occasion were Honourable Minister of Communication and digital Economy, Dr. Isa Pantami, Executive Vice Chairman of Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta and former Executive Vice chairman of NCC and  Chairman of MTN Nigeria,
Dr Ernest Ndukwe and a host of other dignitaries.

A major difference between 5G and 4G, is latency. On 5G, data is sent and received more than 100 times faster than 4G. (PHOTOS)
