For the purpose of this post, we’ll use a hypothetical product called “Payee”. Stay with me.

 

The onboarding process for any tech product is a critical component of user adoption and engagement. For Payee, the digital payment platform, the onboarding process can be improved by leveraging data to create a more personalized and efficient experience for users.

If not, Payee can make further adjustments to the onboarding process to improve retention rates and increase user engagement.
