Twitter’s @Jack makes history for Nigeria June 12

Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsy expressed love for Nigeria June 12 Democracy Day by tweeting exactly 12 am today, the first person to do so.

Twitter also changed the retweet button colour from blue to green in solidarity with Nigerians on #June12thProtest. And Nigerians are excited:

“Let’s light the candles of hope and unity that they thought was put out during #EndSARS Jack is blessed” one said.

Nigeria June 12 Democracy Day is in honour of late Chief MKO Abiola who won a free and fair election on June 12, 1993.

Others ask for solutions against Twitter ban as government aims are to silence the masses.

Others are full of praise for @Jack for standing with Nigerians.
