Nigeria’s AfriGlobal launches AFricover247, first ever Digital Insurance App

With Afriglobal’s Aficover247 app, you can now buy insurance, have your policy documents delivered within few minutes as well as report and have your claims settled

AfriGlobal Insurance today announced the launch of AfriCover247, a round the clock digital insurance transaction platform that assist Businesses, individuals and Technology providers access insurance and redistribute insurance products with ease.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AfriGlobal Insurance Brokers, Mr. Casmir Azubuike said Africover247 is a smart application that enables anybody to buy insurance via mobile devices from start to finish without human intervention. The App also enables reporting of claims and processing up to payment of claims.

Mr. Azubuike revealed that this Platform is the the result of unrelenting effort which spanned over a 2year period. It took us so much time because we were resolute to getting it right.”

According to him, “It is a digital Insurance platform enablimg 247 insurance transaction including claims management, from start to finish. This application is available on android and IOS. The portal is user friendly and has the potentials to change the Nigerian Insurance landscape.”

“It is no longer news that only organizations that have planned for the rainy days, that is, those whose technological infrastructures permitted operations from out of the office, were the only ones that reaped from the lockdown. To all others, it was a big disaster. The insurance industry in Nigeria was one of the worst hit, given that we were still trailing behind on digitization of our operations. For us in Afriglobal, the experience further made us to commit more efforts and resources not only to ensure the completion of the project, but even to go for a very high-tech customer friendly platform.”
