West Africa’s largest technology cluster market, Computer Village has announced shutdown today, according to a press statement.
The statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Godwin Enamoh said “the computer village management board hereby appeal to all shop owners and stakeholders in the market to as a matter of urgency and directive from the Lagos State Government that all market should be closed.”
The Board urges traders to “make use of the closure date of Thursday 28th of July to go and obtain our electoral pvc, to be able to perform our social civic responsibilities as a worthy citizens of our great country.”
It appealed to members, saying, “pls let us comply to avoid penalty from the state government. Do not delay the chance to get yourself enrolled for the coming elections to make Nigeria a better place for all.”
