Nigerian Twitter users have said on the 27th of this September, “we will #OccupyINEC offices, nationwide. Time is 9 AM. Watch this space for more details. It’s not over until Nigerians WIN!!”
They claimed that INEC has included foreign names on its BVAS machine.
