Here are a few steps you can take to become an AI-driven product manager in the fintech industry:

This includes understanding machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, as well as the business use cases for each.

 

2.     Build a network of experts: The field of AI is constantly evolving, so it is important to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.

Building a network of experts in AI, including data scientists, engineers, and researchers, can provide valuable insights and perspectives.

 

3.     Gain experience in fintech: To be an effective product manager in the fintech industry, it is important to have a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges and opportunities. This can be gained through working in a fintech company or consulting for fintech clients.

 

4.     Learn about the UK and global market: As a product manager in the fintech industry, it is essential to have an understanding of the UK and global market. This includes understanding the regulatory environment, market trends, and customer needs and preferences.
